The Club's emblem, centered between the title "Catholic Club" and "of Philadelphia," as a shield with cross, topped a cross. Ribbon banner below with motto "per fidem libertas" The Club's address printed below title, "217 South Broad Street."

Printed reminder for "members who have not yet sent their names as subscribers to the Tenth Anniversary Banquet, are urgently requested to do so . . ." On back, penciled notation, "Patrick Farrell Care of Am. News Co., N.Y."

According to The Philadelphia City Directory for 1890, published by James Gopsill's Sons, Simon J. Martin was the secretary for the Mechanics' Insurance Company of Philadelphia.
