Under title appears, "Air -- When I was a lad. Sung by Sir Joseph Porter, H. M. S. Pinafore." Probably from "H.M.S. Pinafore; or, The Lass That Loved a Sailor" music by Arthur Sullivan and a libretto by W. S. Gilbert.  

The song is 4 pages with twenty four stanzas. The first verse, "There's a Club in this city, to which I belong, And some of its members is the burden of my song ; We sit at our table, and we drink our beer, And we tell our little jokes, to promote good cheer ; Chorus. -- And we tell our little jokes, &c., &c."  Each stanza referenced a member from the Catholic Club.
