Account Sales and Account Statements for Brig Superior, November 18, 1807.

For more information, visit www.phillyseaport.org/library.  Account sales prepared for Patrick Hayes by Jacob Clarkson for the first and second voyages of the Brig Superior, returning to Philadelphia from Havana.  Sales are recorded for "174 boxes sugar and 59 bags coffee" for the first voyage and "50 hhds, 20 bbts, & 67 boxes sugar" for the second voyage.  Charges for permit and bonds, duties, weighing, cooperage, porterage, store rent, and advertising are also recorded.  The inside of the item has account statements for the Brig Superior for the year 1807.
