Natural Frequency Classifications Of Walls And Targets In Through-The-Wall Radar Imaging.

In this study we use the singularity expansion method (SEM) for classification of different types of walls as well as targets behind walls. First, we use EM modeling to obtain the responses of walls, targets in the free space, as well as their combined signatures. Then, we apply the SEM to these waveforms in order to model the radar backscattering problem and identify the SEM signature of the walls of interest with/without target presence.
