Photograph album of Wisconsin family, 1914-1920.

OM F576 .W415 1920 1 volume : photographs ;   31 x 26 cm.  Includes:  wedding announcement and 34 loose photographs. Constructed title from album and sale entry.  Photograph album is 90 pages includes 70 pages of multiple photos, plus 11 pages, each with a large 8x10” photo of the Victorian Mansion that the family lived in (all interiors). most of the photos in the beginning & middle have been glued in, and latter photos are held in with photo corners. The latter large photos are tipped in along one edge.  320 photos in the album, in varying sizes, plus another 30 loose photos that were never entered into the album. The photos include views of; California Missions & Travel; Early Tent Campers; Swimming; Little Boy in Indian Costume; Antique Automobiles; a few shots of Railroad Trains; Family Photos & Children; quite a few photos of young woman in period glamour poses; young women in Winter w/ Fur Muffs; Winter Scenes in Iowa; Woman in Halloween Costume (in 6 different Deco dresses); young man in Football Uniform; young Navy Sailor; WWI Army Camp photos w/ young man / soldier from family (14 shots); 2 photos of WWI Nurses; the 11 - 8x10” photos showing various rooms of the Victorian Mansion; & many more interesting shots. The family came from the Wisconsin region, and several groups of photos show vacation spots at "Eagle River" Wisconsin & "Lake Zurich" Illinois, and one of the Army photos shows a young man holding a suitcase that says "1st Battalion Wisconsin" on the lid.  ‡a Some photographs are captioned.
