On printed letterhead, "Catholic Club of Philadelphia, 217 South Broad Street." The Club's emblem, centered and appeared above the Club's title, is a shield with cross, topped a cross. Ribbon banner below with motto "per fidem libertas."

Minutes may be related to February, 1887, Club's 10th Anniversary celebration. Penciled draft of a motion posed by S. Farrelly and carried to limit the number of persons to 110.  "Mr Rogers requested to respond to the toast of the 10th Anniversary of the Club"
