Notes, possibly made by the Club's Membership Committee, on procedures for guest invitations and "should any Catholic gentleman desire to become a member as soon as his name is received & approved by the membership committee he will be permitted to subscribe to the Banquet altho his election [scratched out] may not take place until a month later"
