Ribbon banner below with motto "per fidem libertas"  The invitation read, "The Catholic Club of Philadelphia requests the pleasure of your company at a reception to His Eminence Cardinal Gibbons on Thursday evening, September 15th, 1887, from 8 to 10 o'clock"
