Printed letterhead, "Catholic Club of Philadelphia, 217 South Broad Street." The Club's emblem, centered and appeared between the Club's title, is a shield with cross, topped a cross. Ribbon banner below with motto "per fidem libertas"

Members were urged to attend the planned banquet event celebrating the Club's  anniversary and held in honor of Archbishop James Gibbons on February 8, 1887.  Secretary Martin asked members to "Please fill up and return enclosed blank as soon as possible".  Blank sheet was an insert.
