Printed, Invitation and Insert, To: Tenth Anniversary Catholic Club Banquet, February 8, 1887.

At the top center is the Club's emblem: a shield with cross, topped a cross. Ribbon banner below with motto "per fidem libertas" Below the emblem it reads, "Tenth Anniversary Catholic Club of Philadelphia Banquet To His Eminence Cardinal Gibbons, Tuesday Evening, February 8th, 1887." Bottom left noted, "Hotel Bellevue"

The insert displayed printed seating arrangement with members' names and their guests seats at the banquet; the insert is in landscaped orientation. The tables arranged in a wide, upside down shape of the letter U with 2 additional tables evenly spaced within the center space. His Grace and the Club's President seated at center   

Penned notation on left margin of insert, perpendicular to the text on page: "6.    The following is a complete list of members and guests who indicated their intention of being present." On the right margin penned notation, "X absent" and "Whole no. 109 present absent" The "X" placed next to seats for: Jospeh P. Sinnott and A. J. Drexel.
