Correspondence written on dark paper; ink bleeds through paper making it difficult to read.  Author wrote from "Fort Ontario" O'Reilly asked Tom to consider a visit to Oswego. He would like Frances to go back to Philadelphia, with Tom, to see "how a Catholic family lives"
