Games, contests, and sweepstakes run afoul: A state of legal disorder.
The increased number of sweepstakes, contests, and games sponsored each year has been accompanied by a growing number of legal disputes. This paper develops policy recommendations that are designed to reduce the number of conflicts by providing a more uniform regulatory plan.
