Photograph album of 1896-1904 with approx. 70 photographs, collected mainly by Mrs. Emily W. Roebling. "Photographs collected ... during a visit to Europe in 1896" when she attended the Czar's coronation in Moscow. Highlights include: photos of the Russian palaces and buildings, European bridges, and Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey locations. Roebling died in February 1903, so the photographs dated 1904 at the end of the album (from about page [100] on) as well as a 1912 newspaper clipping on page [5] were added by someone else, likely a relative.
Album cover has "Photographs." Most photographs are captioned, some with extensive text. Constructed title from album and sale entry.
