This story paper was published in New York by  Frank Tousey, and was continued by the story paper, Happy Days,  in which selectively reprinted stories from the Boys of New York appeared.  Included in this collection are key issues containing a number of later reprinted titles including an early "The Shadow" precursor in "the Man in the Black Cloak",  which may have influenced later pulp heroes.
