[t' this fee is not paid by the 21st January in each year this insurance shall be cancelled. 3'l.’rl7.Yt‘l‘.V person thus insured shall be liable to pay on demand the amounts called for by the Lloiniiiittee ot'Manage1nent. l.mlCvery person insured under this scheme shall obtain two guarantorsswlio must be members of the satlllfi Club or organization as hiinself-to sign as security for his payments to the Coininittce. 5.eNo person will be accepted as guarantor for more than three persons insured. t3.sIt' any person insured under this scheme fails to pay any levies called for by the Connnittec ot')Ianageinent-, his insurance for current year will be cancelled, and his guarantors called up )n to pay the ainount. If they from any cause fail to pay, their personal insurance (ifiirsurerl) will be cancelled, and any failure to pay on the part ofthe person insured, or his guarantors, shall be reported to the Secretary of the Club or organization of which he may be a member. The Connnittee of Management may neglect to enforce this rule where they consider sutlicient cause has been shewn for non-payment. 7.7No insurance under this scheme will be accepted by the Committee of Management -,r‘,'tp1' lgrgul pr-oceelliirgs have been instituted by the English Government against the applicant. Kg.-Xiiy person wishing to insure will till up the tot-in of application supplied by the (foinniittec of M-aiiageineiit, and it must also be signed by his two guarantors and by the Secretary of the organization or Club to which he belongs, and he shall forward it to the Coininittee of Mariageiiient along; with a registration fee of Sixpence for every ten shillings per week insured. If his application be accepted, ll(: will receive from the Committee of Management an acceptance form, and his insurance shall date from the date of this form, and be in force until the 21st January of succeeding year. Et.sTlie Connnittee n1ay for any cause refuse to accept any application for insurance, and it they are convinced that any insurance has been effected trainliilently, refuse to pay any rnoney d ue under such an insurance, and shall in such case refund any registration fee that may have been paid tor current year- -sucli relusal to be subject to appeal to the Connnittee of Arbitration. 10.eAny dispute between any person insured and the Connnittee of M-airagernent, arising out of this insurance, or with their administration of this scheme, shall be refer-red to the Arbitration Connnittee, and there shall be no appeal from the decision of this Connnittee to any authority whatsoever. 1 1.7.-tn annual audit of the accounts of this scheme of insurance shall be made by a qualified accountant, and a copy supplied to every person insured. 1;’:-“'l1e11 any person insured is arrested or placed in gaol by the English Government for any political action he may have taken as a nieinber of any National organization, the Coinniittee of Manageinr-nt shall pay to his relatives, or to his credit in any bank he may direct. each week the sum for which he is insured, and shall do so for the entire period during which he is iiiiprisoncd Ly the linglish Government. and the (Joininittee shall levy upon all I)<'I‘SU11S inisiured the amount necessary to pay any such insurances together with a sum equal to 2.3 percent. of such insurances (to defray cost of administration and to forin a reserve fund).
