With pencil marginalia from former owner: Willis Green, U.S. Representative of Kentucky from (March 4, 1839-March 3, 1845. Green was a close friend of Henry Clay and helped managed Clay's Presidential campaign. This is the official Senate copy of the first address to the joint session of the U.S. Congress on June 1, 1841.
