XII. The Eyelet. It has all the Virtues of the
Juice, and of the Seed, being ufed in the fame man-

XIII. The DreoJion of the Seed.’ It is to be brui-
fed, and then to be boiled itiBroth, or Pellet-Drink,
‘ or rather in White Wine: Dofe frOm four to eight,
or ten Ounces, according to the Age of the Patient,
two or three times ‘a day, againfl Strangu'ry, Stone,
Gravel, and Tamrous Mueilage implied in the
Reins, Uteters, and Bladder; where note, it is to be

of lingular force to break the Stone and expel it,
whether it be in the Reins or Bladder, it alfo pro-

indeed a pleafant, fafe, and efl‘eEiual Medicine for

ftnall Wild Gromel, ha 4 Root which is not any
long , but is replenilhed with many Pihrer or frmll
Stringr, which fends forth feveral upright, mid7
branched Stalks, full of Joints, two or three Feet
high, at every of‘whith Joints grow fmall, long,
hard , and rough Leaves , lelfer than the i'econd of
the former, and bin dark green color, among which
Leaves come forth fmall white Flowers, and in their
laces, when they are pull, greyilh round Seed ,
ike the other.
IV. The jl‘mmi, or Narrow Leav’d Umbelliferous
Gromel, ha.) 4 Root which is hard and‘zooodj, rover-
ed with a browrufh red Bark, from which rife up fe-
veral woody rough Stalks, yet wile to break, fpreud
into 135va Branches, abOut fix, feven, or eight
Inches high, with very many narrow rough eaves
growing on them,- wirhout any order, the middle
Kib in them being fomething great; the Flowers
(land at the trips of the Branches, and iometimes
from the upper Joints, divers being fer together, as.

round pointed Leaves, of a blew color, or rather,
being long and hollow, are parted, and cut into five
parts, let in rough green Husks, In which, after
the Flowers are palt, there ufually grow two white
and hard long pointed Seeds, (fer together.
