green Herb, has all the Virtues of the Juice and Ef-.

the Virtues of all the former Preparations, but is
much weaker, and may be given in :1 Morning fail-
ing to fix or eight Ounces.” If the Stomach is cold

wards, of cold, vifcous and tough Humors ; and

few drops of Oil of Amjge or fennel Seed, or with

Emma 4f Fumilary three Gunter, diflillcd Water of

- is an‘cxcellenr thing againit fore, inflamed, running
andwatery Eyes. A fore Mouth and Throat alio
being gargled therewith, it heals them. Dropt in-
to thesEycS, it clears the Sight, and takes away the
Redncfs and other Defcas in them. Ifthe Juicers
mixed in ual arts with Juice of Sharp-pointed
Dock: and l ine‘ inegar, and a contaminated-Skin
be walhed therewith, it cures it of all forts of Stabs,
Itch;‘,Wheals, Pimples, Puflies, Scruff, Morphew,
Ucijwhether in the Face or Hands, or in any other
Part of the Body. , . -'

being applied to. mph: and recent Contufions dif-

ofHumors' to the Part: andbeing applied to any
Drifoedation of the Skin, 'it cleanfes it, removes it,
and quickly cures the lame. Applied to the Gout
in Hands or Feet, itrafesthe‘l’aln, and hinders the
farther Afllux of Humors to the Part.
