XV. The Balfzznl. . It is admirable in curing of
Wounds Emple or contufed, as alfo in healing of
Sores, Ulcers and Fiitula’s: it digefts, cleaufes, in-
mrnates, dries and heals to Admirarion. '
XVI. The Catnpla m. If it is made only of the
Herb bruifed, and f0 applied, it heals iimple green
Wounds after a Iingular manner. It is good alib to
difcufs frmple Contuiions ; and applied to Parts
dined with the Gout, it gives eafein the fame. It
flops the Bleeding of green Wounds, allays the
Heat of InHammations, and difculies hot Tumors.
It gives cafe in any Pains of the Extream Parts,-
roceeding from a hot Caufe, or from Dehuxion ot
umors, or from any over-[training of the Nerves
or Joints, by Rrengthening the fame.
