XIX. '17): S irituoo: Tim’hre. It is :1 great Pre-
fervzitive again all manner of Malign, Infectious,
and Pel’tilential Difeifes, and ought to be uied pre-
ventively, as firil in the Morning failing -, fecondly
about four in the Afternoon -, thirdly at Bed time.
It more powerfully comforts the Stomach, cheats
the Hart, and revives the Spirits, than any or' the
former Preparations. It may be prepared with
common Spirit of Wine : and then itmay be taken
aloneof it felf, from one fpoonful to two, accord-
ing to the Age of the perfon -, or otherthife mixt
with Wine, or fome other Vehicle.

comforts the Stomach much, cheats the Heart, helps
Digellion, ilops Vomiting, is good againlt [pitting
Blood, and ilrengtliens the Retentive Faculty. It
cuts tough Begin, commits the heat and maligni
of Choler, helps hxpeEloration, and quenches Thirll:
in burning Fevers. It is an excellent thing to be
given in the Cure of the Plague, and of all manner
of Malign and Pellilential Difeafes.
