XVII. The S irir. It is made of the Juice by Fer-‘

the Bowels in Hydropick and Confumptive Perfons,
and. fuch as have been in long Fluxes : being held
in the Mouth, it itrengthens the Gums, and rallens
loofe Teeth. Dofe from half an ounce ‘to an ounce
twice a da , or u on any fainting or illnel's.
XVIII e Elohim, or Ointment. It cleani‘es, in-
carnates, and heals iingularly well ; it cures Green
Wounds at two or three times dtelling, by‘reafon
of its Stypticity. Applied to the Hemorrhoids, and
the Gout, it enfes the pains of thofe Parts.
XIX. Tb: Fixed Soft. It is lingulztt againli: min-
iies, Pleuriiies, and othet Inharnmario'ns of the V1]-
cera, opens Oblfruetions ‘of the Reinsyprovokes
Urine, and-abforbs theAcid'Humor, which is the
mufe of Fluxes of the Bovvels; it 'alfo helps to car-

from half'a drum to two drums, Morning and Night,

Bloody; it is alfo good againll the Terms in We
men, fpitting and pining otIBlood, or any weaknef-
fes ofthofe parts ; it ltrengthens the Stomach and
refills Vomiting. It may be given in Port Wine, or
other Vehicle rope: againli the Dillemper’. Srrew-
