The library is the second unit of this group to be made available to

occupied tor the first time by the Prlisit group under the leadership of

the little band of holy nuns living
in the cloislered caimel at Lisieux.
but what is more important, by two
of the “Little Saint's" own blood
sisters. One of these sisters, whose
name in religion was llother Agnes
of Jesus, died July 23, lssl, at the
age of 59. She had been a religious

vent of Carmel, where St. Therese

structure, were left virtually un-

nearer and nearer to the carinel,
then suddenly, miraculously, the are
slachened and died out completely.
