The Dublin Corporation and later the Parliamentary Party were targeted for humorous satire. It contained cartoons by Fitzpatrick and later his daughter Mary. Bound in contemporary half green morocco on green cloth boards by A. Thom & Co. Ltd. Binders, with their name printed on front pastedowns. Spine divided into six compartments by five gilt raised bands, title in gilt on red morocco letterpieces in the second compartment; red and white double endbands.
